Hosting
This website is hosted by a service provider. When you open the site, technically necessary server log data is processed, including IP address, time of access, page requested and volume of data transferred. Contact and enquiry form
If you send us an enquiry through the form, we process the details you provide (name, business, email address, optional phone number, industry, requested service and your message) in order to respond. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply.
Handling enquiries (Discord)
To process enquiries internally, we forward them to a private area of our Discord server that only we can access. The details you provide in the form are transmitted to and stored by Discord Netherlands B.V. and Discord Inc. A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries in an orderly manner under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete enquiries there once they are no longer needed.

Spam protection
To guard against automated submissions we use a hidden form field and a limit on the number of requests per IP address. The IP address is processed briefly in memory and is not stored permanently.

This website sets no tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics or advertising services. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser only and is never transmitted to us.
Fonts and external content
Fonts are served from our own server. No connections are made to external font providers or CDNs.
